![]() 'Working with Kamal was a dream come true'
Glad to be a part of this dream project, Rani shares her feelings about the soon-to-be-released movie. What is your role in Hey! Ram? I play a simple Bengali school teacher who is completely devoted to her husband Saket Ram (played by Kamal Haasan), her home and her work. What kind of preparations did you make for this role? Well, I didn't have to do anything much but yes, I did learn Tamil because Kamal Haasan did not want anyone else to dub for me. But that really wasn't too difficult since I am a Bengali girl in the film. So there was no need for me to speak Tamil with a perfect accent. You have a very simple look in Hey! Ram...
How was your experience of working with Kamal Haasan? There's only one thing I would like to say -- that working with him was a dream come true for me. So what are your expectations from your forthcoming film, Baadal? I always hope that my films should do well and it's the same with Baadal. I wish success for all my films.
