The Andhra police have arrested two Price Waterhouse auditors- Gopalakrishna and T Srinivas- in connection with the financial irregularities case with Satyam Computer Services Ltd [ Get Quote ].

The duo have been picked up yesterday night for questioning.

PWC was the auditors for Satyam. It came under the scanner of various investigating agencies following the confessions of the company founder  that Satyam accounts were fudged.  Former chief financial officer Vadlamani Srinivas had earlier said he was provided with audited copies of the reports on which he just signed.
