Minister, film-maker in TDP's second listAndhra Pradesh Education Minister G M C Balayogi, former minister P Ananda Gajapathi Raju and ruling Telugu Desam Party general secretary Lal Jan Basha figure in the second list of nine candidates released by the party for the Lok Sabha election. All the three leaders lost to Congress candidates in the 1996 election. While Gajapathi Raju has been renominated from Visakhapatnam, Balayogi and Basha have been fielded from the Amalapuram (scheduled caste) and Guntur seats. K Sadaiah, a member of the dissolved 11th Lok Sabha, has been renominated from Narsaraopet. The party has also nominated an industrialist, D J Ramesh (Vijayawada) and a film producer, Dr Sivaprasad (Tirupati-SC). Others in the list are: M V V S Murthy (Rajahmundry), Ramaiah (Rajampet) and K S Ratnam (Hyderabad). The TDP, which is contesting the lion's share of 35 out of 42 seats in the state, has already announced its first list of 21 candidates. Party sources said the final list was expected in the next three days The two Communist parties have been allotted three seats each and the Janata Dal one. UNI
