The NDA also appealed to Union Ministers Nitish Kumar, Digvijay Singh and V Sreenivas Prasad not to press their resignations, Chemicals and Fertilisers Minister S S Dhindsa told reporters after an NDA meeting.
The three ministers had put in their papers after Samata party leader Fernandes had resigned on Thursday night. The prime minister had, however, rejected their resignation.
