Incentive to pay back agricultural loans

In the first Budget to be unveiled by the new Government, the subsidy regime for fertilisers will be to changed to nutrient-based rather than price-based.

There will be incentives in interest rates offered to farmers so that they can to pay back agriculture loans in time.
