Pre-Budget talks with state FMs to be an annual affair

Finance minister Pranab Mukherjee intends to make pre-Budget consultations with state finance ministers an annual affair.

The finance minister said this while presenting the Union Budget 2009-2010 at the Lok Sabha on Monday.
