Intelenet opens 150-seater centre in Poland

Business process outsourcing player Intelenet Global Services on Wednesday announced the launch of its new centre in Krakow, Poland.

The 150-seater facility will enhance the company's near shore capabilities in Europe and increase its global footprint to 35 centres, Intelenet said in a statement in Mumbai.

The company plans to increase the capacity to 500 seats in around a year, it added.

The Krakow facility will provide multilingual capabilities in German, French, Italian, Dutch and Spanish, and will cater to several verticals especially the Banking, Finances, Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector and travel industry.

"Aimed to enhance our European delivery capabilities, the new facility at Krakow is a step forward to augment our nearshore presence, and provide a globally integrated service offering to our clients," Intelenet managing director and chief executive officer Susir Kumar said.

Intelenet has over 31,000 employees across 35 locations in India and overseas.
