BMW 330i to replace BMW 325i

BMW 325i petrol failed to make the same impact as the BMW 320D in the Indian luxury car market.

Keeping this in mind BMW India has finally planned to discontinue the BMW 325i and bring in BMW 330i as a new variant in the BMW 3 series. The BMW 330i comes with the six cylinder petrol engine from the 5 Series.

The six cylinder petrol engine generates 255bhp to propel you to the top speed of 250kmph. It is expected that the new BMW 330i will hit the Indian roads soon. BMW India plans to position the BMW 330i as a premium enthusiast's machine with a premium price tag. The car is expected to be loaded with advanced features like ABS, EBD and Hill Holder.

Safety has been well taken care of in BMW 330i. It comes with front and side airbags for driver and co-passenger, engine immobilizer, cruise control with brake function and automatic stability control (ASC). A two zone climate control is also installed to keep the cabin temperature in check.

The BMW 330i also has a CD player and auxiliary points to hook up an MP3 player and six speakers taking care of sound amplification. All this and some more at an estimated price tag of approximately Rs 40 lakh.
