The Indian Railways will set up mobile e-ticketing centres at hospitals, universities, courts, Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), district headquarters and village panchayats, Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee said while presenting the Budget on Wednesday.
