Pranab presents populist Budget

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee presented the Union Budget on Monday morning, focusing largely on benefits for the aam aadmi (common man).

Aiming at the rural India and on attaining a high GDP, he outlined targets such as speeding up infrastructure development and spending more for the development of rural areas and the poor.
