India targets $50 billion FDI from 2012

India's commerce and industry minister Anand Sharma on Tuesday said that from 2012 the country would be able to attract 50 billion dollars annually. Talking on the sidelines of the State Industries Ministers' meeting in New Delhi, Sharma said that government is creating an investor friendly environment to attract more FDI.
