India's top 20 BPO companies

India's top business process outsourcing (BPO) companies posted a total revenue of Rs 32,246 crore (Rs 322.46 billion) in 2010-2011.

According to Dataquest, the top BPO companies maintained a growth rate of 13 per cent, the same as the previous year.

The number of people employed by top 20 BPO firms rose to 311,167 -- or 12 per cent over the year maintaining a revenue productivity of about Rs 10 lakh (Rs 1 million) per employee a year.
