Gurgaon is the second-largest city in Haryana and is the industrial and financial centre of Haryana. It's one of Delhi's four major satellite cities and is part of the National Capital Region.

Noida, on the other hand, is the financial powerhouse of Uttar Pradesh and part of the National Capital Region.

Although both are industrial and financial centre, they severely lack good infrastructure.
