80 chess GMs today, only 20 in 2010: Sitharaman

India today has 80 chess grandmasters compared to 20 in 2010, Finance Minister Sitharaman says in her Budget speech.

Making instant talaq illegal, reserving one-third legislative seats for women highlight our government's women empowerment programme, she says.

Skill India Mission has trained and upskilled 1.4 crore youth in the country, she adds.
